Title: Identifying and Training Adaptive Cross-Cultural Management Skills

The Crucial Role of Cultural Metacognition

In my dissertation I examine the cognitive habits of individuals who are highly effective at collaborating across cultures—individuals high on cultural metacognition. Second, I examine how and when individuals high on cultural metacognition utilize and update cultural stereotypes that affect social judgments and interpersonal coordination.
