The library is on one level and is divided into two areas. One area is intended for quiet learning and the other area is for group learning.
The library is intended for the use of students, teachers and employees of Bar-Ilan University. Others are not allowed to take books out but they will be allowed to photocopy.
The library has a wireless network. The Library copier and printer are operated by “HaMafil” cards which can be purchased or reloaded in a charging device in the university.
You may receive guidance on how to use the databases of the library from the librarians at the front desk of the library during normal hours of operation.
The University Library system automatically extends the due date of books that have been loaned, but students are responsible to make sure that their books were indeed extended. They can do this through the reader card in the catalog. Overdue books will be fined. The fine must be paid in cash directly to the library.
