Theory and Practice in Management is a peer-review journal published by the School of Business Administration of Bar-Ilan University. The journal is published in Hebrew. The journal presents academic articles on the latest issues in the diverse fields of management and business administration. The journal also accepts review articles that aim to showcase the latest innovations, both in Israel and worldwide, to the Israeli manager and scholar. The journal uses a double-blind review process. The author’s identity is not known to the reviewers and vice versa. The journal is published twice a year.
