    • 1984 - Present Entrepreneur and co-founder in Hi-Tech start-up companies. KarismaTech Ltd., ScreenBoard Technologies Inc., and Assessment Systems Ltd. Consultant and lecturer. Providing consulting, education and training services in management. Member in board of directors of several companies.
    • 1978 - 1984 Sysmal-Data Systems & Products, Ltd. Positions held: CEO; Manager of Sales & Systems Department. Sysmal, a subsidiary of M.L.L., Ltd., was engaged in the import, marketing and service of microcomputers; in software development and in professional training. During my tenure, the company employed about 45 employees.
    • 1973 - 1977 Rafael - Armament Development Authority. Positions held: Team leader; Systems Analyst and Programmer. My main project was the development of David-a Field Artillery Computer.

     

    ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE:

    • 1985 - Present School of Business Administration, Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Associate Professor/ Senior Lecturer/ Lecturer (Expert) in many Business Administration topics, especially interdisciplinary ones. Since 2000: Director of the International MBA.
    • In addition, served as lecturer at: The College of Management-Academic Studies Division, where I served also as the head of the Computers & Information Systems Department, Netanya Academic College, Tel-Aviv University, Lev Institute, Shenkar College, Rupin Institute, and Haifa University.
